Iron Knight is a 4.5 mile time completed event. Racers will compete in 3 categories all male, Co-ed, and all female. There are currently Closed Pro-Team slots, and Closed Junior slots available.
The event will consist of:- Push-ups ((100% - Army Standards))
- Downed Pilot
- Sit-ups (100% - Army Standards)
- Pull-ups
- Equipment Relay
- Tire Toss - Three racers carry one in a stretcher
- Blind Minefield
- HMMWV Push
REGISTRATION IS FREE TO ALL
A week prior to the event, all teams will receive an information packet via email consisting of the team's start time, parking info, and all other info. Once your packet is received please confirm receipt via email.
